The Williams Lake Film Club Announces Free Solo as the next movie screening, April 12 at the Gibraltar Room

The Williams Lake Film Club invites everyone to the screening of Free Solo on April 12, 2019 at the Gibraltar Room. This Oscar Award winning documentary is about professional rock climber Alex Honnold. Honnold attempts to conquer the first free solo climb of famed El Capitan's 900-metre vertical rock face at Yosemite National Park, and this documentary is about that climb. Produced by National Geographic, this documentary is highly praised as masterful story-telling with gripping visuals

Doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7pm. Tickets are $12 - advance tickets are available at the Open Book and Red Shreds, or for purchase at the door.
